Why do an Apprenticeship?

Apprenticeships are the perfect way to develop and progress your career, whether that’s with your current employer or through applying for an apprenticeship vacancy. There’s no upper age limit for undertaking an apprenticeship, and you can gain a nationally-recognised qualification, up to Level 5, which is equivalent to the first two years of a university degree.

If you are interested in upskilling within your current organisation, then it might be worth speaking with your manager or the learning and development department, to find out if an apprenticeship could be a beneficial talent development solution for you and your company.

At MK College, we offer flexible study options with time allocated during your working hours (usually once a week) to complete your qualification. Your tutor will support you and be on hand to offer advice and guidance, something which is invaluable to our adult learners, many of which haven’t studied for a number of years. You can find out more here, or scroll down to search vacancies or sign-up for alerts.
